[IMPORTANT UPDATE]: JIEM Now Published by Emerald and Moving to ScholarOne

We are pleased to inform you that the Journal of International Economics and Management (JIEM), published by Foreign Trade University, Vietnam, is now partnering with Emerald Publishing, a global academic publisher with over 50 years of experience linking research and practice to benefit society.

What does this mean for you?
Starting from Volume 25, Issue 1 (2025), JIEM will be published by Emerald. All future submissions will be made through the journal’s new online ScholarOne submission system, now available at: https://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/jiem.

What if you have already submitted your article?
If your manuscript was submitted via our previous system (https://jiem.ftu.edu.vn/index.php/jiem) and it is currently at any of the following stages:

• Newly submitted
• Under review
• Awaiting peer review
• Under revision by authors
• Accepted for publication

...we kindly ask you to resubmit the original version (before any editorial revisions) through ScholarOne. This ensures your manuscript is integrated into our new editorial workflow and that all stages of the double-anonymous peer review process are properly recorded.

As JIEM is now published by Emerald, the journal strictly adheres to COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) guidelines. We kindly remind all authors to ensure that submission details are complete and accurate, including Authorship information, Funding disclosures, Conflicts of interest. Any discrepancies may lead to delays or mandatory corrections during the editorial process.
